After more than two decades in medical optometry, Dr. Harry Boparai shifted his focus to something he saw repeatedly overlooked — the root causes of chronic dry eye.

Too many patients were told “everything looks normal” while continuing to struggle with burning, fluctuating vision, and screen-related discomfort. He began building a diagnostic-driven model that goes deeper: advanced gland imaging, blink analysis, metabolic review when appropriate, and structured treatment plans tailored to each patient.

Practicing in Bellevue, Dr. Boparai works with many high-performing professionals whose screen-heavy lives, stress load, and pace of work often influence ocular surface health. His approach integrates structural treatment, inflammatory regulation, and nervous system awareness — including selective use of technologies such as Neurolens and ExoMind when clinically appropriate.

He does not practice retail optometry.
