Scheduling for Traveling Patients

We understand travel requires planning.

When scheduling:

• Inform our team that you are traveling

• We will coordinate your evaluation efficiently

• Some diagnostics and treatment may be completed during the same visit when appropriate

• A treatment plan will be outlined clearly before you return home

International Patients

For patients traveling internationally:

• Ensure passport and visa requirements are reviewed in advance

• Allow flexibility for travel delays

• Confirm transportation from SEA airport

• Consider arriving at least one day prior to your appointment

Our office can provide documentation of your scheduled medical visit if needed.

Length of Stay

The length of stay depends on:

• Severity of condition

• Type of treatment initiated

• Whether procedures such as IPL or radiofrequency are recommended

• Whether neurosensory evaluation (including Neurolens) is indicated

• Whether eye–mind–body integration, including ExoMind, is discussed
