When using Tyrvaya®, you need to be careful not to spray it too far up in your nose. You should aim it a special way, towards your ear, and remember to breathe gently while you use it.
Each box of Tyrvaya® has two bottles of spray. You use one bottle first and then the second one later. After you start using a bottle, you should use it up within 30 days.
